Cherry Coloured Funk is a natural pink bourbon from Juliana Guevara and Wbeimar Lasso’s Finca La Terraza. 


This coffee is not subtle: cherry comes in as the top note with tropical and citrus notes in the background. Right after trying it, a friend of mine sent me the Cocteau Twins song it's named after, and I thought it fit perfectly. Give it a listen while you enjoy this coffee on pour over, espresso or drip.
